1. Who we are

Teddoo (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is an offline video player for children, published by Emre Kabali. This policy explains how the app handles information on the Apple App Store and Google Play versions of Teddoo.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect any information. Teddoo has no user accounts, no sign-up and no login. The app does not request or have network access, so it cannot send any data from your device to us or to anyone else.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, photos, usage statistics or crash reports.

3. Information stored only on your device

To work, Teddoo keeps the following on your device only, inside the app’s private storage:

• Videos you add. When a parent adds an MP4 video, the app makes a copy in its private storage so it can be played offline. The original file is not changed.
• Video titles and the playlist order that a parent chooses.
• App settings, such as autoplay, loop, the sleep timer, the display language and the optional 4-digit parent PIN.

This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us. Deleting a video in the parent area removes its copy. Uninstalling the app removes all of the above.

Depending on your device settings, your operating system may include app data in your own device backups (for example iCloud or Google backups). Those backups are controlled by you and your platform provider, not by us.

4. Permissions

Teddoo does not request any special permissions. Videos are selected with your operating system’s own file or photo picker, which only gives the app access to the specific file you choose.

5. Children’s privacy

Teddoo is designed for young children under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects no personal information from children. Teddoo is designed to be consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to children, Apple’s Kids Category guidelines and Google Play’s Families Policy.

The parent area, where videos and settings are managed, is protected by a parental gate (a math question or a parent-chosen PIN). The app contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no external links and no social features.

6. Third parties

We do not share data with third parties, because we have no data to share. Teddoo does not include advertising, analytics or tracking services.

When you download Teddoo, Apple or Google may collect information under their own privacy policies as part of operating their app stores. We do not receive personal information from them.

7. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold any personal information about you or your child, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete. You stay in full control of the data stored by the app on your device and can delete it at any time from the parent area or by uninstalling Teddoo.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how Teddoo handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above. If a future version ever needs to collect any data, we will update this policy before that version is released and, where required by law, ask for parental consent first.
